Strategic Clarity Canvas — One page, four questions, one decision
When was the last time a meeting ended in a decision? More data, more meetings, more to-dos and the challenge is still there. The Strategic Clarity Canvas solves it on one page: four questions that end in a decision with a name and a date. Free, and no consultants involved.
How does it work? Thirty minutes. Five steps.
Book half an hour with no screens in the way. Print the canvas, gather whoever decides, and follow the order. Don't skip steps: the order is the method.
1. Pick your horizon
Does your challenge live today (the business holds), tomorrow (they keep choosing you) or later (the game changes)? Mark one. Work only that row.
2. Name the challenge
What's at stake? One honest sentence. If it doesn't fit in one sentence, you're not clear on the challenge yet.
3. Find the lever
What's holding you back or pushing you forward? Write it as a bet, not a truth.
4. Demand the signal
One real data point backing your lever: a number, a customer, a trend with evidence. If there's no signal, it's noise: cross it out and go back to step 3.
5. Decide today
One single decision, with a name and a date. If the canvas ends in a to-do list, you're not done.
Three golden rules
1. One row at a time. Filling all three horizons in one day is the elegant way of deciding nothing.
2. No signal, no lever. Whatever you can't back with real data gets crossed out. That's separating signal from noise.
3. End in a decision. With whom and by when. A canvas without an owner is a poster.

What if the canvas isn't enough?
That's where we come in. If the team can't agree on what the challenge is, the problem isn't the canvas: it's missing clarity. It's our favorite kind of work. Book 30 minutes, no strings attached: lonuevo@noescomun.com.
